Enterprise on-call surface
When IT mandates Microsoft 365, Teams is where alerts need to land. Uptimera meets you there.
Chat integration
Connect Uptimera to Microsoft Teams using Teams' Incoming Webhook connector. Common in enterprise environments where Microsoft 365 is the standard collaboration suite and Slack isn't available.
Availability: Available on Pro and Business plans.
Open the Teams channel → "..." menu → Connectors → "Incoming Webhook" → Configure. Name it "Uptimera" and copy the webhook URL.
In Uptimera, Settings → Alert Channels → "Add Microsoft Teams". Paste the webhook URL.
Uptimera posts using Teams' Adaptive Card format — incident title, monitor link, severity color band. Switch to a simpler MessageCard format from the settings if your tenant blocks Adaptive Cards.
Verify the alert lands in the right channel before relying on it. If it doesn't appear, double-check that Connectors are enabled at the tenant level (sometimes blocked by IT policy).

Teams messages are retained in your Microsoft 365 tenant for compliance — useful for regulated industries where alert history must be auditable.
Use a dedicated Teams incident channel that includes engineering, customer success, and exec stakeholders. Uptimera alerts open the loop; the channel runs the response.
Yes. Uptimera supports both the legacy Office 365 connector format and the newer Power Automate workflow webhooks. Pick whichever your tenant allows.
The most common cause is that your Microsoft 365 tenant has disabled connectors. Ask your IT admin to allow Incoming Webhook connectors for the target channel.
Adaptive Cards support @-mentions for individuals if you provide their Azure AD object ID. Set it per-channel in Uptimera's alert routing config.
