Enterprise on-call surface
When IT mandates Microsoft 365, Teams is where alerts need to land. Uptimera meets you there via Workflows.

Connect Uptimera to Microsoft Teams using a Power Automate Workflow — the current, supported way to post to Teams now that Microsoft has retired the legacy Office 365 'Incoming Webhook' connectors. Uptimera posts an Adaptive Card, so alerts render with a colored header and monitor details right in the channel.
Availability: Available on the Business plan — delivered through a webhook alert channel, which is a Business-plan feature. Free and Pro plans use email and Slack.
In Teams, use the Workflows app (or a channel's ··· menu → Workflows) and pick the "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template. Finish the flow and copy the generated HTTP POST URL. Note: legacy webhook.office.com connector URLs were retired by Microsoft in 2026 and no longer deliver.
In Uptimera, open Alerts → Add Channel → Webhook, then set the Format to "Microsoft Teams". Paste the Workflows HTTP-trigger URL.
Add the channel to the monitors it should watch. Incidents post an Adaptive Card with a red header, recoveries with a green header, plus the monitor name, cause, and an Open button.
Use the "Test" button to verify the card lands in the right channel. If nothing appears, confirm the Workflow is turned on and its owner is still in your organization.

Teams messages are retained in your Microsoft 365 tenant for compliance — useful for regulated industries where alert history must be auditable.
Use a dedicated Teams incident channel that includes engineering, customer success, and exec stakeholders. Uptimera alerts open the loop; the channel runs the response.
No. Microsoft retired the Office 365 / M365 'Incoming Webhook' connectors in 2026, and those webhook.office.com URLs no longer deliver. Uptimera targets the replacement: a Power Automate Workflow that accepts an Adaptive Card. Create a Workflows webhook and paste its URL.
Most often the Workflow is turned off, or its owner left the organization with no co-owner (Workflows are owned by a user, not the channel — add a co-owner to be safe). Confirm you pasted the new Workflows URL and not a dead legacy connector URL.
Not today. Uptimera posts the Adaptive Card via the Workflows bot without per-person @-mentions. For true paging, pair Teams with an on-call channel like PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or SMS.
